In my experience as a member of Accenture’s North America Marketing team, I learned how to create collaborative spaces that foster design thinking and make ideas happen. The creation of energy and interaction inspired me to present our collective accomplishments in the form of a music festival, inspired by Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival.
